It’s official. The semifinalists have been announced. Who will be crowned 2008 Zinch Sweet Diggity Dawg? You decide.
Next week voting begins. March Madness Zinch style. It’s gonna be fun. In light of that, here’s a Friday funny.
This month is gonna be fun….

Last year, we made our second appearance at the NACAC National Conference, held in Austin, TX. A few presentations stand out. Mary Chase- Assistant Vice President for Enrollment at Creighton University was not only engaging as a presenter, but she shared some terrific insight into Creighton’s embrace of Web 2.0. Many schools look to Creighton as one school that has successfully crossed, or who is successfully crossing, the chasm. I chatted with Mary this afternoon…

I’m talking about $20,000 dollars. Who wants this scholarship? The madness. Who wants free money to pay for their education? Yeah, we know you all do, but this is tough. So many great students to choose from. Seriously. We’ve gotten your many letters telling us why you deserve the scholarship. Letters from students, from parents and from your counselors. It talks about a few of the different online tutoring sites that are currently out there, and ultimately claims tutor.com was (or at least seemed to be) the easiest among them.
I think the next step for me is going to be checking out their free trial offer. 25 free minutes is certainly enough to get a feel for it, and I'll be reporting back with my progress. I wonder if they can help me with my Zinch homework…
In the meantime, have any of you tried it or any of the other online tutoring companies? If so, what did you think?
As many of you already know, today is Super Tuesday, which refers to the fact that 24 states are holding presidential primaries.
Now, I talked to a girl yesterday that asked "What's so "Super" about this Tuesday, the Superbowl is over?"
Don't be that girl.
Here is a picture of the United States. Blue means only Democrats are voting, Red means only Republicans, and Purple means EVERYONE is voting.

And for those of you who struggled with middle school geography and still can't quite find your state on the map, Here is the list of states voting:
