Thoughts

If I had thought about all the ways my life would change when I went to college, I probably wouldn't have had the courage to move far away and go to a school where I didn't know anyone. However, I'm glad I focused on finding the school that is best for what I want to study and fit my preferences the best.

Even though I don't mind large lecture classes while I'm in them, they are definitely harder to do well in than small classes. Having the professor be aware of the students' skills and pace is more helpful than I realized in high school. The departmentalized tests and lots of students in the class make it tough to realize when you understand the information and when you don't.
